Food plan – Overview

Yummy weight loss breakfast

Have the following for breakfast

  • 2 glasses of water (on waking up)
  • 1 glass of tomato + carrot + beetroot juice
  • 1 cup coffee or green tea
  • Whole wheat toast with egg
  • Have a bowl of fruits

Healthy lunch to lose weight

Have the following for lunch

  • Bran Chapattis
  • Vegetables
  • Sprouts salad
  • Curd

Evening weight loss snacks

Have this during evening hours

  • Coffee
  • Almonds
  • Fruits

Tasty dinner for weight loss

Have this for center

  • Bran Chapattis / Nachani Chapattis
  • Vegetables
  • Fish (Thrice a week)
  • Dal (Everyday)
