• Soak mango leaves overnight in water. Drink the solution in morning on an empty stomach. Follow this regime for few days. It helps to control blood sugar levels.
  • Cinnamon has wonderful properties to control blood sugar. Take half teaspoonful cinnamon powder daily morning on an empty stomach to control blood sugar.
