Eucalyptus oil: This is a highly effective remedy in relieving congestions and clearing the sinuses. To get the maximum benefit, put 5-6 drops of Eucalyptus oil in 2 cups of water in your steamer and inhale after placing a towel on your head. Do this for 3-5 minutes, and experience the difference.
These remedies will definitely help you beat your cold blues away. It is important to remember that natural remedies take a week to make an effect. Even over the counter drugs take seven days.
