• Tomato and Spinach Soup
    Serves – Four

      Ingredients
    • Tomatoes
      4 nos.

    • Spinach
      ½ bunch

    • Onion
      2 nos.

    • Chana Dal
      2 tbsp

    • Pepper Powder
      1 tsp

    • Tobasco Sauce
      to taste

    • Lime
      to taste

    • Salt
      to taste


    • Method:
    • Soak Channa dal for ½  hour.
    • Wash the vegetables in tap water.
    • Boil spinach, channa dala and all vegetables together in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
    • After cooling, separate vegetables from stock and blend.
    • Add the stock to the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Sieve the soup to remove the hard skin
    • Add salt, pepper, tobasco sauce and lime as per taste.
    • Serve hot with Health Total garlic sticks.


  • Chicken and Mushroom soup
    Serves – Four

      Ingredients
    • Raw Chicken
      150 gms

    • Button Mushroom
      100 gms

    • Baby corn
      15 nos.

    • Onion 
      1

    • Celery
      1 stalk

    • Bayleaf
      2

    • Cloves
      3

    • Oregano
      1 tsp

    • Pepper Powder 
      to taste

    • Salt 
      to taste


    • Method:
    • Cut raw chicken into small pieces.
    • Boil the chicken pieces with onion , bayleaf and cloves.
    • Remove the chicken pieces, bay leaves and let  the stock simmer for few minutes.
    • Cut button mushrooms into half and add to the stock.
    • Cut celery fine and add to flavour the soup, let it simmer for sometime.
    • Now add the baby corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Add salt and pepper to taste and season it with oregano.
    • Serve hot.


  • Vegetable Soup
    Serves – Four

      Ingredients
    • Cauliflower
      300 gm

    • Onions
      2 nos.

    • French Beans 
      50 gms

    • Celery  
      1 stalk

    • Garlic
      3-4 cloves

    • Kasuri methi 
      2 tbsp

    • Tobasco sauce 
      to taste

    • Pepper Powder 
      to taste

    • Salt 
      to taste

    • Oil 
      1 tsp

    • Soya sauce  
      2 tbsp


    • Method:
    • Saute chopped onions and garlic in 1tsp oil.
    • Add Kasuri methi and celery stalk to the sauté.
    • Now add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, stir for a minute and add 4 cups of water.
    • Cut Cauliflower into small florets.
    • Add finely chopped French bean
    • Add salt, pepper powder and tobasco sauce to taste.
    • Serve hot.


  • Cool Cucumber Soup
    Serves – Four

      Ingredients
    • Cucumber
      3 nos.

    • Curd 
      1 cup

    • Mint  
      7-8 leaves

    • Jeera Powder   
      to taste

    • Salt 
      to taste


    • Method:
    • Peel cucumber and roughly chop it.
    • Blend cucumber with 1 cup curd in a blender
    • Add 4 cups of water and stir well
    • Add Jeera powder and salt to taste.
    • Garnish it with finely chopped mint leaves.
    • Serve it with few ice-cubes in it.
