Causes for Warts

A virus called human papillomavirus is mainly the reason behind warts. The various reasons that can lead to warts are:

1. If the water in the swimming pool is contaminated
2. When your wet or damaged skin comes in contact with a rough surface, your skin might get affected with verrucas
3. When you come directly in contact with a person who has warts
