Simply following the right kind of diet will help detoxify your body naturally. Follow this 1 week detox diet plan, for an effective and healthy detoxification. On waking up simply have two glasses of lukewarm water. At breakfast have fruits (avoid bananas and mangoes if you want to detoxify and lose weight at the same time). Have a cup of herbal tea after half an hour. At lunch have any amount of cooked vegetables (in 1 tsp oil). Any amount of raw salad. At evening have a cup of herbal tea. Arrest the causative factors before you allow varicose veins to make your legs their home. Some of these steps can prevent their appearance: If you are overweight, try to lose the weight. Sitting or standing in the same position increases susceptibility to varicose veins. So, move around at regular intervals to improve blood circulation.
