Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 2-5 mins, peel the tomatoes and chop it finely. Dry roast chana dal, moong dal, and coriander & cumin seeds, Kashmiri
Mix stevia powder and lime juice in a bowl. Add salt and olive oil in it. Mix it
Chop the vegetables finely. Add the dressing to the chopped vegetables
In a medium bowl, place apple slices and pomegranate, add lime juice and toss. Sprinkle some mint, chaat masala and drizzle with honey.
Prepare salad dressing and add all the above mentioned ingredients in the dressing.
