How to prepare Coriander Soup

Ingredients

1 small bunch of Coriander Leaves
3 pods of garlic
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
3 cups of Water
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Wash and clean the coriander (you can take coriander stems). Chop coriander finely. Put chopped coriander in water along with crushed garlic.
2.Boil till the color of water changes to green. Slow down the flame and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
3.After getting proper consistency of soup put off the gas. Put lemon juice and serve hot. For making clear soup, it can be strained and served.

This recipe is a good option for cleansing/detoxification.
