Prepare delicious Muthia at home

Recipe Notes

Ingredients

12 tsp Besan Flour
2 tsp Onion (chopped)
2 tsp Capsicum (chopped)
2 tsp Cabbage (chopped)
3 tsp Methi Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
1 small Green Chilli (optional)
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Rice Bran Oil
Salt to taste

Instructions

1.Mix all the ingredients together. Bind them together with the help of little water to form a stiff dough. Cut them into small pieces or any other shape you desire.
2.Steam those dough pieces for 10 minutes and then roast them on a pan until golden brown. Place them on a tissue paper to get rid of excess oil if any.

Serve warm as a stand-alone dish or with some fresh mint chutney.
