How to prepare Paneer Dressing?

This innovative recipe is an excellent supply of protein and gives your boring salad a unique touch. It is yummy and healthy and perfect for those on diet.

Recipe Notes

Ingredients

1/2 cup Homemade Paneer (Made from 1/2 litre low-fat skimmed milk)
1/2 Green Chilli (de-seeded)
1/4 cup Skimmed Milk
1 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste

Instructions

1.Make paneer from skimmed milk but do not strain the paneer.
2.Churn the paneer along with the whey and all other ingredients in a mixer, till it becomes smooth.
3.Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs before use. Note: This dressing is very thin when made but becomes thick once chilled.

Aids in enhancing the taste of the salad and also a good source of protein.
