Ingredients

1/2 cup Dudhi (roughly chopped)
3 Mushrooms
8 floret of Broccoli and Cauliflower
1/4 cup Carrots (roughly chopped)
2 basil leaves
2 inches of Celery Sticks
2 inches of Leek Sticks
Leaves of Cauliflower
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
100 ml Skimmed Milk

Instructions

1.Boil all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with sufficient amount of water.
2.Add black pepper powder and salt to taste. Garnish it with mint and coriander leaves, if necessary.
3.To enrich the soup one can add 100 ml of skimmed milk. Also one can grind and strain this soup for consumption.

This soup is not only good for weight loss, but it also improves digestion.
