Within the set guidelines of the organization, ensures each and every client is connected with via email/telephone/video calling with, prior to the treatment, and a detailed medical history ,investigation forms are obtained for those clients who wish to consult, in order to ascertain the line of therapy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To do the Prakruti analysis with recall obtained via online/ telephonic consultation..
- To brief the client with the treatment procedures during the consult and to ensure all doubts / queries are cleared as per the herbs are concerned.
- To be constantly aware of the new herbs for improvement in treatment for different plans
- To have excellent communication with clients and co-workers and also good with usage of computer and internet.
- To establish and maintain effective client relations with regular follow ups and courtesy calls/ emails.
- To ensure the comfort of the client at all times during the program, and a follow up call to ensure the plan is working fine for the clients.
- To ensure that all necessary certificates are placed in the centre as per herbs are concerned.
- To attend all training programs as assigned
- To maintain a record of all clients in the technical register.
- To maintain record on a daily basis for the number of clients with their status.
- Responsible to conduct training on a specific agenda during the meeting as per the schedule.
Performs any other duties, as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
