Did you know that the human body is incapable of producing certain essential amino acids required for carrying out many important bodily functions? Well, this means you need to ensure you get a sufficient amount of these amino acids from food sources itself. A simple and easy way to do this is by adding some eggs into your diet.
Eggs have a high level of amino acids present in them. In fact, they are completely free from carbohydrates and one medium sized egg contains as much as 6 grams of protein making them an extremely nutritious and healthy food. Eggs can be prepared a number of ways. You can have them boiled, fried, or even add them into curries or salads. But if you’ve tried all of these and are looking for a delicious new way to have your eggs, watch this video for a healthy and yummy deviled eggs recipe!
While both the white and yellow (the yolk) of the egg contain cholesterol, the yolk tends to contain a higher amount of cholesterol and calories in it, compared to the egg white. If you consume an egg white, you are consuming 15 calories. And if you consume an egg as a whole, along with the yolk, you are consuming almost 80 calories. So while making this recipe if you do not wish to use the yolk, you can simply scoop out the yellow of the egg and add in some tomatoes, dahi, and paneer to the mixture instead!
