Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the chopped garlic and chopped mushroom for 2-3 minutes
  2. Take cauliflower into a steamer to steam for 5-8 minutes. Strain the cauliflower.
  3. Grind all the ingredients to make a puree
  4. Add the vegetable stock. Boil the mix for 2-3 minutes
  5. Add salt & pepper to taste
  6. Soak the granules in hot water along with salt for 10 minutes. Squeeze the soya granules. Roast the granules till crisp.
  7. Add the granules to the soup. Consume hot.
