Ingredients

250 gms Cauliflower
Few Cauliflower Greens
2-3 Pods of Garlic
1 Mushroom
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

It’s a good slimming soup.

Instructions

1.Take cauliflower into a steamer to steam. Keep cauliflower greens inside the water while steaming cauliflower, chopped garlic and chopped mushroom above for enhancing the taste.
2.Grind all the ingredients except cauliflower greens. Add hot water into it. Do not boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Eat it hot.
3.Discard the cauliflower greens; use that water as a soup stock.
