Ingredients

1 litre Water
1 Cucumber wedged or sliced
1 Lemon wedged or sliced
2 inches Ginger sliced
10 Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all into pitcher
  2. Add ice cubes and refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Add mint leaves
  4. Drink all day, replace every 24 hours!
