  1. Boil gawar, drain water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and green chillies paste.
  3. Cook for some time and then add ½ cup water and salt.
  4. Then add gawar followed by coriander powder and cook on low flame for few minutes.
