  1. Hang skimmed milk yogurt in a muslin cloth to remove excess water. Soak the mustard powder in 2 tbsp milk and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine thick yogurt with chopped mint, lemon juice, mustard paste and garlic.
  3. Mix thoroughly. Add salt and chilli to taste.
