Ingredients

4 tsp Millet Flour
1 glass Buttermilk (low fat)
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
1 Green Chilli
Salt to taste

Instructions

1.Mix millet flour in buttermilk. Add salt and keep it aside for 2 hours to ferment.
2.After 2 hours, cook the mixture on the flame for few minutes and add chopped onions and green chilies. Serve hot.
