  1. Heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring it to a boil
  2. Add the oats, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously (add water if required)
  3. Remove from the flame, add the stevia, mix well and keep aside to cool slightly.
  4. Add the grated apple and chopped walnuts mix well and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes
  5. Serve chilled.
