  1. Heat oil in the pan. Add to it chopped garlic, red chilli followed by onion, bell peppers and mushrooms.
  2. Saute all the ingredients on high flame. After a while, turn down the flame and, add salt, mixed herbs and pepper powder.
  3. Toss the ingredients again and serve hot.
