Tomato and Spinach Soup
Do you often feel hungry in the evenings? If yes, then drink one or two bowls of hot soup to satisfy your hunger. Include Tomato and Spinach Soup - it's easy-to-make, provides vitamins and minerals, and what's more, it is low in calories!
  1. Soak Chana dal for half an hour
  2. Wash the vegetables in tap water
  3. Boil spinach, chana dal and all vegetables together in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. After cooling, separate vegetables from stock and blend
  4. Add the stock to the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Sieve the soup to remove the hard skin
  6. Add salt, pepper, tobasco sauce and lime as per taste
  7. Serve hot with whole wheat garlic sticks
