  1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add garlic and green chillies; sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add spring onion greens and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage and carrots and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Mix crushed vegetable stock cube in 1 bowl of water.
  5. Add vegetable stock water, lemon juice, salt and mix well. Cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add coriander and mix well.
