Recipe Notes

Try egg whites instead:

While both the white and yellow (the yolk) of the egg contain cholesterol, the yolk tends to contain a higher amount of cholesterol and calories in it, compared to the egg white. If you consume an egg white, you are consuming 15 calories. And if you consume an egg as a whole, along with the yolk, you are consuming almost 80 calories. So while making this recipe if you do not wish to use the yolk, you can simply scoop out the yellow of the egg and add in some tomatoes, dahi, and paneer to the mixture instead!
