200 gms Cucumber
100 gms Dahi (low fat)
50 gms Capsicum (finely chopped)
50 gms Cabbage (finely chopped)
1/4 crushed Mustard seeds
Salt to taste
1.Peel the cucumbers and cut it in half across the width. Next, cut each piece vertically into two parts. Scoop the seeded part.
2.For the dip, hang the dahi in a muslin cloth for 15 to 20 min to drain out the water.
3.Add the finely chopped capsicum, cabbage, mustard and salt. Mix it well.
4.Fill this dip in the scooped part of the cucumber. Serve cold.
