  1. Grind rock salt and green chilly in a mixer.
  2. Take one bowl of curd and mix it in water and convert it into a running consistency.
  3. Heat some oil and add curry leaves, mustard seeds and ginger.
  4. Once it splutters, add the curd mixture followed by turmeric powder.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minute and then serve.
