75 gms Gawar
10 cloves of garlic
5 Green Cillies
2 tsp Coriander Powder
4 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
1.Boil gawar, drain water and keep it aside.
2.Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and green chillies paste.
3.Cook for some time and then add ½ cup water and salt.
4.Then add gawar followed by coriander powder and cook on low flame for few minutes.
