  1. Boil 2 cups water in a pan. Wash palak and chop finely. Boil the leaves in the boiling water for 3 minutes.
  2. Strain and cool the spinach leaves. Beat the curd until you get a smooth consistency.
  3. Crush seeds of elaichi add palak, salt and red chili powder along with elaichi to the beaten curd. Sprinkle with bhuna jeera and red chili powder.
