Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Water
400 gms Chickpeasd (boiled)
1/2 cup Plain Yoghurt
1 tsp Salt</p
Instructions
1.In a food processor combine all the ingredients together. Blend well. Add salt and blend to a smooth and creamy dip.
2.If hummus is too thick, add a little bit of the bolied chickpeas water – about a teaspoon at a time.
3.Other ways to thin out hummus is by using warm water or olive oil.
