50 gms Pumpkin
1/4 tsp Meethi Seeds
1 pinch Hing
1 Green Chili
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Ginger (grated)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Few Coriander Leaves
1.Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add methi seeds, hing, green chillies and pumpkin and mix well.
2.Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger and mix.
3.Add little water, cover and cook on low flame for few minutes.
4.Add sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
5.Cover and cook on low flame for about 10-15 minutes till the pumpkin is soft. Mash the pumpkin gently.
