6 tsp Sprouted Matki
1 small Onion (finely chopped)
2 medium Tomatoes (finely chopped)
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Red Chill Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Tamarind pulp
1 tsp Oil
A pinch of Hing
Salt to taste
1.Steam the matki sprouts or boil them.
2.Heat oil in a vessel then add a pinch of asafoetida to it. Add green chilli paste cook it for 15; add onions to it.
3.Sauté until it turns soft and add tomatoes to it and cook for 5 minutes. Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it.
4.Now add matki sprouts to it and add 1 cup water to it. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5.Then add garam masala and salt to it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add tamarind pulp and some coriander to garnish. Serve it hot.
