1/2 cup Millet Flour
1/2 Onion (finely chopped)
1/2 Tomato (finely chopped)
1/2 tsb Bottle Gourd (grated)
2 tsb Capsicum (chopped)
1 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
A pinch of Turmeric powder
Water as required
1.Take millet atta in a bowl. Add all the vegetables to the atta.
2.Add water as per the requirement to get a liquid consistency. Add salt, turmeric powder and green chillies to the batter.
3.Grease the appam pan with oil and heat it. Pour the batter into appam pan.
4.Cook the appams from both the side till golden brown.
Serve it hot with green chutney.
