2 tsp Yellow Moong Dal
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 Tomato chopped
1 Green Chilli
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
1.Soak yellow moong dal for 4-5 hours. Drain off the excess water and grind moong dal and allow it to ferment overnight.
2.Take the moong dal batter and add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander and green chillies to it. Add additional water if needed.
3.Spread 1 ladel of batter to form thin pancake on a hot non-stick tava. Use 1/2 tsp of oil to grease the pan.
4.Allow to cook for 2 minutes and turn over. Allow to cook for 2 minutes till brown spots appear.
5.Serve hot with mint coriander chutney or tomato dip.
