Peel garlic, ginger and make a paste along with green chilly. Peel onion and cut it in to square pieces.
Wash all the vegetables. De-seed the capsicum and cut it into square pieces. Cut paneer in to cubes.
In a bowl take oil, ginger garlic chilly paste, salt, lemon rind, lemon juice, chat masala, chilly flakes, garam masala and mix well. Marinate all the vegetables and paneer with above marinade and rest it for an hour.
Arrange paneer and vegetables one by one and cook it on direct gas flame or open charcoal for 5 minutes or in a pre-heated oven (180⁰ C) for 15 minutes.
