  1. Make paneer from skimmed milk but do not strain the paneer.
  2. Churn the paneer along with the whey and all other ingredients in a mixer, till it becomes smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs before use. Note: This dressing is very thin when made but becomes thick once chilled.
