  1. Prepare homemade Paneer from ½ litre cow’s milk.
  2. Chop broccoli finely & dice 2 tomatoes & keep it in a bowl aside.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, green chilly & lime juice in chopped vegetables & Paneer.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Microwave it for 4 minutes & serve hot.
