4 tsp Rava
1 medium-size Onion (chopped)
1 small Tomato (chopped)
1 small Carrot (chopped)
1/2 Capsicum (chopped)
1 tsp Methi Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
2 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
5 Curry leaves
Coriander leaves and Lemon (to garnish)
1.Saute the rava in a pan for 1 minute. Do not add ghee or oil while sautéing and then keep it aside.
2.Add 1 to 2 tsp of oil in a kadhai and put half tsp of cumin seeds and mustard seeds and 1 tsp of methi seeds.
3.Add green chillies to it, followed by chopped onion, tomato, carrot, capsicum and sauté them all together till they become brown in colour.
4.Add the sautéed rava in the cooked vegetables, then add water to it so that it gets cooked. Add salt to taste and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
5.Squeeze lemon and garnish it with coriander leaves before serving.
You can prepare coriander or coconut chutney to serve along with this dish.
