Ingredients
1/2 cup Moong Sprouts (boiled)
1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup Cucumber (chopped)
2 slices of Orange
1/2 Apple (chopped)
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Black Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
Instructions
1.Mix all the above ingredients. Pour lemon juice and sprinkle salt and pepper. Garnish with coriander.
