- 4 Tomatoes
- 50 gms Mushrooms
- 1 Kashmiri Red Chilli
- 4 Lemon Grass Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Stevia Powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Blanch tomatoes and make a puree out of it. Add lemon grass leaves and Kashmiri red chilli. Boil for 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms to it followed by stevia powder, pepper, lemon juice and salt.
- Boil for 3 minutes and thenn switch off the flame. Serve hot.
