  • Cook rice with recommended quantity of water along with ginger paste, jeera powder and salt.

Recipe 3: For Anti-Flatulence

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Rice
  • 4 cups of Water

  • Roots of pipli or long pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 Asafoetida powder

Method:

  • Cook rice, haritaki powder, roots of pipli and water together.
