A chronic disorder, fibromyalgia is musculoskeletal pain, which means ache in the muscles, bones and areas of tenderness or trigger points. There are certain places in your body where even slightest pressure can cause pain. The most common trigger points are back of the head, upper chest, knees, hips and shoulders.
