Fibre-rich Milk and Apple Smoothie for the Health Conscious

The combination of apple and milk provides loads of fibre, vitamins, proteins and calcium. This smoothie helps to regulate bowel movement and lowers cholesterol levels.
1 cup Skimmed Milk
1 cup Apple (chopped)
1 tsp Flaxseeds powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Sweetener (optional)

1.Add all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse for approximately 10-15 seconds
2.If you’re going to drink it immediately, add three ice cubes to chill and drink
