Kick-start Your Mornings with Ginger Spice Smoothie

Drinking one glass of Ginger Spice smoothie is a great way to start your morning. This smoothie not only burns all the fat, but ginger is great for digestion.

Ingredients:
1 Ginger root
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Mint Leaves
1 cup Coconut water
Sweetener (optional)

Instructions:
1.Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it turns smooth
2.The more you mince the ginger before adding it in, the less bites you’ll have to crunch on once it’s all blended completely.
