Joint pain is a discomfort or inflammation to any part of a joint including cartilage, bone, ligaments, tendons or muscles, caused due to lifestyle, injury, or any other disorder. Most commonly, joint pain refers to arthralgia, which is inflammation or pain from within the joint itself.

Joint pain could be minor, causing a little bit of discomfort after certain activities, or it could also be serious, restricting you to limited movements especially due to overweight issues which could also be very painful. Joint pain can be caused by many types of injuries or conditions. It may be linked to arthritis, and muscle pain. No matter what causes it, joint pain can be very bothersome. Ignoring them will just increase your pain. You can manage joint pain through a proper nutritional plan.
