How to prepare Barley water:

  • Add 2 tablespoons of Barley to 1 glass of water
  • Soak for 8 hours or leave overnight
  • In the morning boil the water for 15 – 20 mins
  • To add more flavour to the water add in crushed ginger
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool
  • Add lemon or orange juice to the water (optional)
  • Drink on an empty stomach
