Refreshing Summer Drink – Berry Dew Smoothie

This is a refreshing smoothie that makes a great snack or breakfast option. So, kick-start your mornings with Berry Dew Smoothie. It’s amazingly refreshing summer drink, which is also rich in antioxidants that nourish the skin!

Ingredients:
1 cup Skimmed Milk
1/2 cup Strawberries
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
Artificial sweetener (optional)

Instructions:
1.Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you get the desired consistency
2.Add a few ice cubes to chill it
